Recently, I led the development of a full-scale strategic growth plan for MUUD, a luxury mental wellness clinic in Los Angeles. The work included brand positioning, referral ecosystem design, UX/UI website strategy, and a phased KPI-driven rollout — transforming the clinic’s vision into a clear roadmap for sustainable expansion.
